Criterion Tool President Defies the Status Quo

When Rene Banglesdorf, podcast author of Defying the Status Quo with Empowered Women, interviewed Criterion Tool president, Tanya DiSalvo, it got real. “Do you think that when you were a little girl, that your grandpa thought you would run this company?”, Tanya answered firmly with an “Absolutely not! Tanya’s been challenging the male-dominated industry of precision machining and manufacturing for quite some time now. Tanya and Rene discuss the current struggle of recruiting for trades industries. You’re not sending your child to a coal mine. You’re sending them into a high-tech, beautiful facility. They’re running a $500,000 piece of equipment. I’m giving your child the keys to a “Ferrari”.
